Information and purpose Our quotation, sample, technical, contract-manufacturing and contact forms electronically collect your name, email, country, message and any other contact or project details you choose to enter. Records are stored in the administration panel to assess your enquiry, prepare a response and contact you. Session information and a one-way security digest derived from the IP address are processed to prevent abuse. Do not submit sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about others. File uploads are disabled in this version.
Legal grounds Enquiries directly related to quotations and preparing a contract are assessed under the necessity for entering into or performing a contract in Article 5(2)(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698. General business communications and abuse prevention are assessed under legitimate interests in Article 5(2)(f), provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing permission or explicit consent.
Access, providers and retention Authorised company staff access the records. Hosting and technical maintenance providers may process data on their systems; disclosure to competent authorities may occur where legally required. Submitting a form does not add you to a marketing list. Automatic email notifications and file uploads are disabled in this version. No automatic deletion schedule is currently applied; the company evaluates retention and deletion requests considering the enquiry status and applicable obligations.
Your rights Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about its purposes and recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met and notification of those actions to recipients, object to adverse results from solely automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
